Can I get my blood drawn in the office?
Depending upon your insurance, most blood work can be performed in the office.
What age patients do you see?
The Buford Complete Health and Wellness Center treats school age children (age 5) to older adults.

Can my child get his immunizations in the office?
Yes, most immunizations are available in the office. Please call to confirm.
I don’t have insurance; will Dr. Gazaway still see me?
All patients are welcome at the Buford Complete Health and Wellness Center. However, payment arrangements should be made prior to the office visit. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
Do you accept Medicare patients?
Yes.
Will you bill my insurance company?
Yes; however, all copays and deductibles are due at the time services are rendered.
What form of payment is accepted?
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, VISA/MasterCard, and debit cards.
What should I wear for the wellness assessment?
Wear loose fitting clothes for your initial assessment and workout attire for subsequent training sessions.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Although preference is given to those patients with an appointment, we do accept walk-ins as time permits.
What are your office hours?
The office is open from 8:30 until 5:00, Monday through Thursday, and until 11:30 on Friday. We are closed from 11:30 to 12:30 each day for lunch.
What if I have a problem after hours?
Urgent calls are forwarded to the doctor, and your call will be returned. For appointments, billing questions, prescription refills, and to check on lab and xray results, call during regular office hours.
What if I have an emergency after hours?
Please call 911, or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
Does Dr. Gazaway admit, or see patients, in the hospital?
No. For patients who require admission or consultation, Dr. Gazaway will coordinate admission with an appropriate physician.
For what insurance plans are you a participating provider?
We participate with most major insurance plans. If you have a question, please call the office to determine if we are participating under your specific insurance plan.
Dr. Gazaway is not on my insurance plan; can I still see him?
Yes, many insurance plans have an out-of-network benefit. Unfortunately, if we do not participate on your HMO plan, you will be required to pay for services.
Do you accept Medicaid patients?
Please call the office to verify that we participate under your particular plan.
Can I have an x-ray in the office?
No.
