Grilled chicken over wheat pasta

Makes two servings.     370 calories/serving  Fat 5gm  Carb 55gm  Protein  32gm.

Ingredients:

4 oz

Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Rigate

1 pkg

Oscar Mayer Grilled Chicken Breast Strips

1 cup

Barilla Three Cheese tomato sauce

1 bag

Fresh Baby spinach

Directions:
Cook pasta per instructions on box.
Warm the sauce over low heat..
Brown minced garlic to taste, in a drizzle of olive oil, then add spinach and sauté. 

  • Divide the pasta, chicken and spinach onto two plates and cover each with one half cup of sauce.
  • Round out your meal with a vegetable only side salad and remember to go easy on the dressing.
