Flatbread Pizza

1 pizza     350 calories/pizza  Fat 12gm  Carb 29gm  Protein  38gm.

Ingredients:
1  Whole wheat tortilla or wrap

1/3 cup

Pizza Quick sauce or any tomato sauce

½ cup

Diced bell peppers, onions and garlic

2 cups
6-8
17 slices
¼ cup
1 tsp
½ cup

Fresh Baby spinach
Grape tomatoes
Turkey pepperoni
Sliced mushrooms
chopped black olives
fat free mozzarella

Directions:
Sauté the diced vegetables and spinach in a drizzle (about 1 tsp) of olive oil.’
Place wheat wrap on cookie sheet lightly sprayed with Pam.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over wrap.
Spread sautéed vegetables on wrap.
Cut grape tomatoes in half and spread with sliced mushrooms, pepperoni, and black olives, over the sautéed vegetables.
Sprinkle fat free mozzarella over the pizza. 

  • Bake at 350 degrees until desired doneness.
