Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients:

Whole wheat tortilla or wrap |

Pizza Quick sauce or any tomato sauce |
½ cup |
Diced bell peppers, onions and garlic |

Grape tomatoes
Turkey pepperoni
Sliced mushrooms
chopped black olives
fat free mozzarella |
Directions:
Sauté the diced vegetables and spinach in a drizzle (about 1 tsp) of olive oil.’
Place wheat wrap on cookie sheet lightly sprayed with Pam.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over wrap.
Spread sautéed vegetables on wrap.
Cut grape tomatoes in half and spread with sliced mushrooms, pepperoni, and black olives, over the sautéed vegetables.
Sprinkle fat free mozzarella over the pizza.
